Andolini met the two dancers by mistake in his fitness room Place Bellecour in Lyon. The two men were working on their bodies before their show that evening. Andolini was attracted to Tommy, the more muscular of the two, and the three men began discussing bodybuilding. After chatting for a while, Andolini learned that the two men were gogo dancers and that they were going to perform at a private party in the Golden Mountains. Andolini was intrigued and managed to get an invitation to the party. Before the party, Andolini met Tommy and his dancer friend in their dressing room.
