Max Lorde just got to the halfway house not too long ago. When boys get here, we read them a set of rules and they have to agree to them, to stay. The house manager started with a strip search. There is a zero tolerance for rule breaking here. Max is just another one of those delinquent teens who can’t seem to get a hang of things around here.
