President Beau Reed has been hearing rumors about Elder Edward Terrant engaging in some impure activities with another boy in the congregation, when he confronts him with this information, Elder Edward cannot deny it. President Reed expresses his disappointment on the boy and proceeds to submit him to a harsh but pleasurable disciplinary action.
