President Manuel Skye calls in Elder Benjamin Blue to a serious meeting where he reprimands him for having a tattoo on his arm. Elder Benjamin tried to hide it but to no avail, so now it is up to President Skye to teach him a lesson and show him how important it is to follow the dress code.
