Theft. Suspect is a 20 year old white male, 5’10”. He’s reported for theft and is picked up and brought back to a safe location in the trunk of a patrol car. There, narcotics are found on his person, and the accuser and Officer conduct a more thorough cavity search after putting a mask over the suspect’s head. The rest of this case is classified.
