Matt comes back for a follow up visit to get a shot for his rashes. Since it was a follow up, the Doc wants to make sure that Matt can be able to take the shot and since Matt is new to the campus and does track, he also included a sports exam. Doctor Ryder ends up getting fucked by Matt really hard and raw.
